How do I join a club?
Download the Tiny Tree Club app from the App Store, sign up with your email, and complete the onboarding. Currently, we support Badger Bonsai Society members. More clubs will be added soon.
How do I sign in?
We use magic link authentication. Enter your email address in the app, and we'll send you a secure link to sign in. No passwords needed!
Is Tiny Tree Club free?
Yes! Tiny Tree Club is free to join and use. We may introduce transaction-based fees in the future for marketplace purchases, but the core app will remain free.
How do I list a tree for sale?
Go to "My Trees" in the app, select a tree, tap the three dots menu, and choose "List for Sale." Add photos, description, and pricing. Your listing will be visible to all club members in the Marketplace.
How do I contact a seller?
Tap on any marketplace listing and use the "Message Seller" button to start a direct conversation. You can coordinate pickup, negotiate pricing, and ask questions.
Can I use this on Android?
Currently, Tiny Tree Club is available only on iOS. Android support is planned for the future.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at hello@tinytreeclub.com with your request. We'll process it within 5 business days.
My club isn't listed. Can you add it?
We're actively working to onboard more bonsai clubs! Email us at hello@tinytreeclub.com with your club's name and location, and we'll reach out to discuss adding your club to the platform.
