Within Your Club
Your profile information, trees, and marketplace listings are visible to other members of your bonsai club (e.g., Badger Bonsai Society members). This is essential for the community and marketplace features.

- Vercel: Web hosting and file storage for images
- Neon (PostgreSQL): Database hosting for user data and content
- Resend: Email delivery for authentication magic links
We Do NOT:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Share your data with advertisers
- Use your data for marketing purposes outside the app
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:
- All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Authentication sessions are stored securely on your device
- Images are stored in Vercel Blob Storage with secure access controls
- Database is hosted on Neon with encryption at rest
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
Your Rights and Choices
- Access: You can view all your data within the app
- Edit: Update your profile, trees, and listings at any time
- Delete: Remove individual trees, photos, or listings from the app
- Account Deletion: Contact us to permanently delete your account and all associated data
- Push Notifications: Disable notifications in your device settings
- Location: Revoke location permissions in your device settings (may limit app functionality)
Children's Privacy
